History

In 2000, Kpopkai Development Association was founded to continue these development efforts. Later, the name of the organisation was changed to La Mansaamo Kpee International. Years on, to better reflect the scope of development efforts and our mission, a new organisation was registered in 2012: the Trebi Kuma Ollennu Foundation for Community Development.

TKOFCD’s perspective is cultural competency – teaming up with local organisations and community governments to nurture positive attitudes, awareness, and responsibility to what good health is worth among struggling segments of urban slum dwellers and rural communities.

MATERNAL & CHILD SPECIALTY HOSPITAL

In 2011, a partnership was formed with Engineering Ministries Canada to upgrade the design of the Maternal and Child Health center as a specialty hospital that can undertake medical procedures for mothers and children needing specialized medical attention. All that stands between TKOFCD’s completion of the Maternal and Child Specialty Center is your kind participation through your donations.
